1. Go in well dressed ad presentable. 2. Prepare a presentation of your past experiences. 3. Wow them with your intellect and how well you work as a team. 4. Express how well your team and inter-department communication is. 5. Get the job and do NONE of these things because ELI doesn't work like that.
