I arrived 15 minutes early and waited to be interviewed. They person interviewing me was one of the owners/higherups in the company, I could hear them shouting over the phone to one of their employees and they kept me waiting for 20 minutes. After they finally saw me they asked me to work a role lower down from what I applied for, I refused the offer.
