Told that it was a 1 week turnaround from interview to decision. They then proceeded to make me come in and meet/interview over 3 weeks, and then told me that my notice period was too long. Complete waste of time.

Interviewer was very friendly and asked good questions. Really got to understand the company. From what I gather so far it seems like a pleasure to work there. First they got in touch with me after I applied, then we had a one on one interview
