The process was quick yet personable and transparent. The company knows what they need and are able to make firm decisions without delay. Although, I was not the selected candidate, I appreciate candid and thoughtful leadership. The interview was a scheduled video call with the CFO for 1 hour, follow-up the next week with a reject, was provided with feedback and reasoning for decision (which to me was fair and understandable).
