The interview was challenging. Senior management knew very little about the 'internet of things', and was of the belief that a web presence would be of no benefit to the company. I had to talk them into letting me prove them wrong. They were unfamiliar with the terminology used in my line of work, but ultimately thought enough of me to trust me that I was right about the web and the direction it was heading as it pertained to business.
