Interview
1st interview with hr 2nd technical with management and 3rd with hiring manager. Hr interview was basic just to get a feel and the 2nd and 3rd were more technical

Interview
Over the phone and video call. Discussed about the job duty amd went over the benefits. Hiring manager seems a great guy to work with. Instersting phone call for more than an hour long
Within a week of sending in my resume and cover letter, I was contacted by EFI Global. My initial interview was done telephonically with the corporate recruiter. Then, I had one in-person interview with my future supervisor.
Afterwards was a background check which went quickly. The process from me sending in the resume to receiving a job offer took less than three weeks, which is very efficient for a large company.

Question 1
The in-person interview was a standard interview with normal questions, including discussing my career, my licenses and certifications, my strengths, and what was my biggest weakness. I was also asked why I have left (or leaving) prior employers.
