I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Hastings, MN) in Oct 2014
Interview
Had a Skype interview with a woman in charge of HR (I assume, anyway). It lasted about 15 minutes and it was very low-stress. After the interview, you will be given a contingent offer if they like you. You then will have to go through a couple weeks worth of studying and quizzes. It's not as hard at it seems at first, I promise! The whole process is actually pretty fun and interesting.

Interview
The interview process was very good. Nora was a very good interviewer, she does not make one feel like they are in an interrogation. She makes sure that you are comfortable and that you are able to converse with her to promote one's ability to express themselves fully.

Interview
The interview process is very easy. Basic questions about yourself and the role. You need to answer confidently and that's it. Try your best to answer the questions really well.

Very easy process, professional but friendly staff. There's different steps and they are easy and they guide you throughout the process. Application, answer a few questions (some you select the correct answer for some you record your voice answering), book tech interview, book introduction session, they send you an affer and you accept.
