I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EF Education First (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2014
Interview
Was called in for a group interview - very relaxed atmosphere, fun environment. Was told that I would be called within a week for result. There was a role play involved, and a meeting with some french employees to test the language. I was called in for a second interview, this time alone where I met some of the employed people working at the same position I was applying for, got along well with them. Was finally called a few days later, and my contract was sent to me.
