No HR involved in the whole process. First round: Met the hiring manager at reception, was invited to basement for a casual chat. Started with introducing myself, then was asked about my previous internship experience. Was asked about a behavioral question that I can't quite remember. Nothing much introduced about what the job would be. Second round: Interviewed by manager of the whole department. Wasn't asked many questions. Mostly being introduced about the company, the department and what my job would be about.
