I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Cambridge, MA) in Sept 2016
Interview
The interview process is intense, but worth it. First, I was asked to set up a phone interview which lasted about an hour. Then, it went well and I was invited for an in person interview the first hour was a group interview, then the next 90 minutes was followed by individual interviews with several managers. I was interviewed by 10 managers, 2 at a time, for about 20 minutes each. I came prepared with my own questions to ask each manager. Finally, I was invited to do a mock phone call (sales specific). I was given an idea of what the phone call was about and I prepared for about 30-45 minutes researching the website and certain specific topics. Finally I got a call from the hiring manager who made an offer, I reviewed the offer letter and agreed to the terms. The only reason I took my time looking at every detail is because I had always planned that if I got hired at EF, then I would stay with the company until retirement. I wanted to be careful about every detail to make sure I was setting myself up for success and longevity with the company. I think the company is great, but gets even better the more time you spend working at EF.

There was a screening call and then I had the really interview. The people I interviewed with were kind and friendly. Overall the interview process was smooth and I did not have to wait long for a responses.
