one to clear the probation
there is not much difference in both, just that you are assessed twice.
candidate selection, work of mouth by existing employee is better
firstly HR round
second clutural round
third technical round
this is endless till 4-5 team members have taken a round each
hr salary negotiations(worst part)-- found it similar to Indian vegetable markets, salary negotiations are horrible( employees suffer) HR negotiate for annual 10-25 K , and add it as an achievement
If salary is negotiated by the Zurich Management, they'll get a good deal.
