I interviewed at EF Education First

      Interview

Weirdest process I’ve ever participated in. I had 5 different interviews with 5 different people. I was coming from abroad so I had 3 interviews remotely and 2 when I came to the country. They had a lot of internal changes during this which made me feel uneasy as they came off unprofessional. The team and office were nice. The country manager I was supposed to meet was abroad so it was mostly freestyling. After the 2 interviews I still had to wait a week to hear back… I don’t really recommend as I had my doubts after the 2nd interview + put so much effort in to this process just not to get hired… the rejection was nicely sent to me via email rather than calling and being upfront
