EEIS Consulting Engineers interview questions

The company shows interest in the choice of moving to Alaska(I was from the lower 48) and takes time explaining the challenges I would be facing. Though they were concerned with my lesser experience in the kind of projects they do, they valued the work ethics and willingness to learn and adapt more. They sent out old projects and designs for me to understand what they are expecting me to be working on and then conducted the second interview.

Interview over the phone since I wasn't in the area yet. I received a call after I took the exam. The interview process was between a group of people. I was asked questions from the Owner, the previous employee who I was replacing, and also the CFO.
