I had applied for the position, listed on the company's website. I was called in for direct interview in the next week. Did not have any telephone interview. It was just one-on-one with the direct manager for that position.

I applied online in September. HR contacted me through email the next day and helped set up an in-person interview. The interview was conducted by two people and was fairly straightforward. They asked me what I knew about the company and why I applied for the position. Asked me some general SQL questions and went over my resume. After I got to tour the company which was a pleasant experience.
