Interview
It is indeed an intense process. From the 6000 apllying, 120 got called to the dynamics. The dynamics were a bit intense, as we had to be there 4 hours. We did a team case study and then an individual one, each of 40 minutes.
More than a month later I had the information I passed to the final interview and 2 weeks later I got the final information.
The interview was trying to understand who I am and why EDP. Felt like it was not going smooth, but I think they want to see the real version of the person.
It is a great Trainee, but it took 2 months since the dynamics to know that I got the job.

Primeiro entrevista por telemóvel com os RH, depois testes online (númerico, lógica, personalidade e uma mini entrevista) e só depois é que houve entrevista final com o chefe da área juntamente com os RH.

I had to answer a few question that would pop up on the screen and record your answer. I had 1 minute to prepare and 2 minutes to talk. Overall it was very awkward to be talking for a computer, but I know a lot of companies are doing this.
