EDCO Collaborative Program Manager interview questions

An interview with three people and an in-situ test. They asked to commit 10h per day plus weekends and some evenings.....I am happy to commit at this pace, but the sole fact that they asked means many negative things. I am impress by the little diversity they have on their staff, specially on the Migrant program. They don't like Ivy degrees, seems they are little practical.
