Due colloqui,uno conoscitivo e uno con una prova scritta con un esercizio da fare. Le persone mettono a proprio agio e danno tempo per fare una piccola prova scritta. un po lenti con a mandare responso al colloquio ma bell' ambiente

The hiring process included 2 interviews on location., with a few weeks between the two interviews. Very quick and interviewee was well informed beforehand. The interview felt very personal. Overall the whole process was a nice experience.
