ECN Trade interview questions

The phone interview is conducted by HR representative. It last around 15 minutes, focusing on general questions such as: Why are you interested in this role/company? Tell me about your previous experience and skills. What do you know about our company and the position?

I had two people to interview me and they seemed nice. One asked questions and another one sat aside. mostly there were some basic questions such as tell us about yourself.. but the thing is they only want you to speal manderin and that seemed to be the most necessary.
