I applied through class placements, 1st round was aptitude there were 4 sections logical,java programming,digital communication,networking based. Out of 15, 11 were cleared 1st round, the second round was technical interview were questions was asked on networking in depth. My friend cleared 2nd round again 3rd round was technical interview based on depth in switching,4th and last round is HR.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ECI Telecom (Mumbai) in Oct 2017

Great, everything went smooth. Good level of interview questions.
The HR was great to arrange the interviews.
Managers responded well and were clear on their outlook
