ECARX interview questions

The interview process was smooth and quick. There was no messing around so I would say it’s probably the best interview experience I’ve had in a while. I had a total of 4 interviews, including the first initial interview with the recruiter and was interviewed and hired within a span of 10 days which definitely added to the positive experience for me. Everyone I interviewed with came across friendly and was able to communicate clearly.

They are following the trend of one-way video interviews, which is so disrespectful, time-consuming and discriminatory. From their email: "with one-way interviews, they are simply interviews with pre-written questions where you record a video response, at your convenience. Each question should be answered before you move on to the next one. Completing this interview will allow us to get to know you more quickly than a phone or video call, and you can complete it anywhere, any time." But this does not take into account that an interview is also for the candidate to weed out terrible, toxic employers.
