In person interview that went very well. Then they asked me for a second interview with a date for that interview and my salary requirement (no range was provided). After I replied, they didn't reply for a long time, and didn't set up the interview on the date they originally said. When I finally heard back I had a second interview and it. seemed like the vibe had shifted. I think my salary range was higher than they wanted to pay or they may have just found another candidate they preferred.
