Interview
I was contacted by phone to gauge interest. I set up an interview with the office staff. Met with the Executive Director, Chief of Staff, and Accountant in a panel interview. It was one of the most enjoyable interviews to date. The atmosphere of professionalism and respect was very evident. Also, the group's collective passion for their mission (to serve & support the Enlisted men and woman of the National Guard) was pleasantly apparent. It would have been a great place to work, I'm sure. On rarely finds dedicated people and a friendly environment in the DC area, but I believe EANGUS is the real deal when it comes to that.
