I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EAI Technologies
Interview
I applied and got an e-mail asking to do 2 quick assessments. One was behavioral questions and the other was basically an IQ test. Then I had to do a one-way video interview. Wasn't too sure about what those 2 first rounds were about. After completing those I was contacted to schedule a screening which was actually better than I expected. The recruiter was friendly but still professional and asked more about my background. She answered all the questions that I had about the company and gave me more insight as to what it was like working there full-time which definitely got me pretty excited. I then was given a technical assessment which was a little annoying cause it was through a google doc. but at least she was able to clarify a few of the questions that I had.
I then moved on to another technical round with some of the developers. They were pretty friendly too and I was able to learn something from that interview. I was given a take-home coding challenge and did not make it past that round.
Overall, the experience was positive. Recruiter did a great job of responding back to me and scheduling everything quickly. After speaking to her, I was really looking forward to the employees and the work culture. Sad it didn't work out but overall seemed like a good company. Would just recommend taking out a few steps. Even though I was pulled through pretty quickly for each round, it was still just too many steps for such a small company.

Thank you for the positive feedback! Sad it didn't work out but glad to see you still enjoyed the process. Wishing you the best of luck as you continue the search :)

Interview
First round was an HR interview with a basic coding problem
Second round was technical, with a slightly more difficult problem.
The third round was technical, with a harder problem.
I found the process a little disorganized; I had to write code in a Google Doc, only one interviewer interacted with me in the final interview. The final technical interview didn't seem like a great interview question to me.
Was a google doc whiteboarding with basic coding questions. Was given 30 minutes to complete 3 questions after some initial questions about my background. Also exchanged expected start date and expected compensation

I recently interviewed for a position at EAI Technologies. The interview process was good, and the people I met with were very nice. Unfortunately, the position didn't work out for me.
