I applied online. I interviewed at E3 (Bergen op Zoom) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process with E3 was friendly and not overly technical. After a brief behavioral screen, I had a conversation-style interview focused on my interest in E3, my energy coursework, and a recent project where I took the lead and coordinated with my team. The questions were clear and gave me space to explain my work and communication style rather than doing hard case math.

Question 1
Why E3?
2) Recent project with leadership & coordination
Pleasant, spoke with multiple people on the team and did a technical exercise. Technical exercise was quantitative solar/storage valuation exercise. Went through three rounds of interview and did not get the job.
The interview process took about 8 weeks. It was 5 rounds for me:
initial Screening, technical exercise, technical interview, and two panels. The whole process was very professional and scheduling was quite swift. I typically wait 3-5 days before hearing back about next rounds.
The whole interview focused on what you think and less about having the perfect answer. Typically, my past interviews were concentrated around define xyz, calculate abc, or explain certain concepts. During my E3 interview, I was asked how I use those terms in my day to day work and how I approach certain challenges relevant to my resume.
E3 also has a very strong company brand so make sure you know why you want to join E3.
