They have group video interview, so you basically get to compete and know the other candidates, especially whether they perform better than you or not. Make sure you know the company's culture well.

4 interviewers with 2 senior relationship managers. They will introduce themselves and then ask questions based on your CV. After 1:30 brief self-introduction, they will ask some behavioral questions about recent news or the strength ness or weakness about yourself.
