E.R. Snell Contractor Assistant Project Manager interview questions

They cancelled the interview at the last moment and offered a contractor position for far less money. I have actual project management experience and they said I didn’t meat the required experience. Did not seem very professional about it. I asked what experience was required and was answered with a deflection.
