1st interview is virtual and/or phone call, 2nd interview is meeting the engineering team and answering their questions, 3rd interview is a technical exam that assesses your skill level with various subjects related to the role (e.g. composite fabrication, GD&T, math, etc.).

Question 1
If you have a 10x10x10 cube, how many cubes are on the surface?
Interview includes initial phone call, in person interview, and assessment. In person interview includes similar level engineers, senior level engineers, and tour of the facility. Questions cover both workplace culture and technical competence.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dynovas (Poway, CA) in May 2023
Interview
First interview was online, asked basic questions about resume. Second interview was three back-to-back interviews with an Engineer, the CEO, and VP. Interview was mostly behavioral, with an open-ended engineering design question.
