Mass cattle call type interview process. They asked mostly situation type questions in a group environment. They tried to make it as stressful as possible to simulate the selling process.

They were pretty good in the terms of an interview. They asked basic questions and just wanted to see that you were personable. They want to make sure you had a college degree and some sales experience
