I applied online and a recruiter came back to me the next day and scheduled a phone interview. The interview took about 20 mins and the recruiter asked basic questions, which none of them took me by surprise. Overall, the recruiter was very nice, explained everything there is to know about the company and the job itself and in the end answered all my questions as well.
