I met with different department heads in the engineering group. The asked about my experience. There wasn't any difficult question besides getting to know me. At the very end I met with HR for a final interview
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Dynapar (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2018
Interview
HR - screening - followed by sales manager (phone) - VP sales (phone) - interview on site - Sales Manager - VP - Marketing - HR -->
I applied for this position in the summer. This position covers Eastern Canada. I had multiple interviews and final interview onsite in Chicago.
The feedback from the HR was that I was not aggressive enough. I was told my french was not that great.
The process took forever. They did ask behavioral questions. Also it seems they want someone that speaks fluent french. I was surprised why they invited me in the first place if they thought my french was not that great. Also they do a reference check before they make an offer. Their process is cumbersome.
Seemed like very nice people but also a waist of lot time - since their feedback was not adequate-
