      Help Desk Manager Interview

      I interviewed at Dynanet

      Interview

Found position on their website, applied and reached out to the recruiter. The next day I received a response for a call. When I called, she seemed annoyed to have to have to talk to me. She was very short and uncourteous. Asked about my experience and frequently interrupted after 2 words. It seemed like she had made a decision before even reaching out to me which brings up the question why reach out at all? Not every candidate is going to be a good fit for every position in the same way every position will not be a good fit for every candidate but courtesy and professionalism should always prevail when working with people. This company could offer 200K in compensation and I would still not work for them based on this interaction as HR is the outward face of the company and its culture so I would not want to see the inside.
