Dynamic Yield Technical Account Manager (TAM) interview questions

Round 1 — 30–45 mins (screening call with Talent Acquisition) Initial screening to confirm fit and interest in the role. Round 2 — 60 mins with Manager, Technology Account Management Intro to Dynamic Yield and the position, followed by a discussion of experience and technical knowledge. Round 3 — 90 mins with TAM Team Lead + Manager, Technology Account Management Take-home case study presented back (3–5 days prep time), followed by competency questions.
