Applied on company's website. Received email 3 days later, followed by a brief call.
Received an examplanatory email with reasons i am not a perfect match for the position.
Overall the expirience was good but i was sad i didn't get the position

Very fluid interview process, good communication, friendly people-- Applied online, went in for a first interview, about a week after that they called me back for a second. Another week after that they had chosen a candidate. Mixture of 1:1, 1:2, and video conferencing. It was a very laid back experience and I would definitely apply here again.

Tell me what you know about the company, tell me about how the internet works, basic personal questions
Process with HR was great, initial phone screening and secondary interviews were positive and extremely professional. Face to face interview was highly confrontational and adversarial from one member of the interview panel, and apologetic from the other one. The interviewers were in total disagreement about what the roles focus was, and generally unorganised.
