I had two interviews, one a phone screen with the HR and the hiring manager that was just talking about your self and why you want the company. The second interview was weird, it was again with HR and the same hiring manager for 30 minutes then a 30 minutes break and another interview with two employees. They asked you to answer in a STAR method because they need to type your answers in the computer, the questions were read out of a paper and it asked me questions about previous employment and I just graduated college. So, I believe they have the same question for everyone. After two weeks of that interview I got an offer form the HR, the same day I emailed a question about my EAD card and the HR called me the next day asking what was an EAD card and if I need sponsorship AFTER THEY OFFERED me A POSITION, the HR said they didn't offer sponsorship and that they would resign my offer, I had already told my whole family and I declined a master offer because of that job. Also, I had already filled in my application online that I need sponsorship and they didn't look at it before, then the lady from HR blamed me for not have told them that I needed sponsorship. Super disorganized company.
