Fairly straightforward. I had a call with a recruiter, then a call with a couple of engineers including some general SWE questions, followed by a take home test. After that had a call with engineering manager

Had a virtual meeting with the team, was asked to do a toy project with nextjs and then had a pair programming exercise on the toy project. Last they asked me what my favorit food was. Really nice team

An initial 30 minute screening call with job history and experience questions, then one hour technical interview with an engineer and code pairing session using VS code live share. Very fair questions for someone with an understanding of Rails
