Interview
Multiple interviews to gauge personality and fit with company standards. Interviews were personable and easy going, but still something you want to prepare for. Once through the interview process, you must study for the drink test and pass. If you pass, you move on to warehouse training and then in stand training.
Really easy! Started as a phone screening, then zoom, then one more over the phone. This was during covid so things may have changed.
Most questions asked were about how you interact with people.

The interview was very casual, taking place in the storage area on some stools. The interviewer was cordial and personable, reassuring me when I was clearly nervous. It lasted about 5 minutes if not less and felt more like a survey than an interview.
group interview, easy and quick with typically job interview questions. very casual and fun vibe with 2 or 3 people in management. wants to see personality and how you vibe with others
