Durham Region Unemployed Help Centre interview questions

I applied online. There were two interviews. The first was with the program manager and the second was with the program manager and the ED. It was fairly straightforward. Be prepared after the second interview to complete a 30 minute assignment. For me, it was to create a client action plan based on a case study.

I'm still in the interview process which started with familiar questions and the staff interviewing were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The second interview was great. Met with 2 if the Directors. Again quite a friendly group of people. Now awaiting the final step...finalizing the hiring process.
