Had a phone screening with them that was pretty standard and went well. Had to fill out a separate application afterwards which was mildly annoying. Later had a panel interview that wasn't too bad, but I found some of the interviewers to be insincere and somewhat unprofessional. They then ghosted me for several months before informing me that they selected another candidate. I found the lack of contact after the second interview to be unprofessional and will not be applying for future roles with this company.
