One of the best recruiting / interview experiences I've had.
I worked with one of the in-house recruiters, Nate, who reached out to me on LinkedIn. Maribeth worked with me on scheduling. Both of them were very responsive and helpful when I had questions. I also appreciated that Nate checked in with me frequently so I always knew where I was in the process.
First I had a screener call with Nate, about 30 minutes. About a week later I had a screener call with the hiring manager, about 30 minutes. A few weeks after that I had on-site interviews. I like that I was sent an email with helpful instructions on how to get to the office and what to expect day of. I had five 1-1 interviews with team members, it lasted half a day. I showed a couple portfolio pieces during the 1-1s, but mostly the conversations focused on my process and not final product. Interviewers frequently asked me clarifying follow up questions, which I appreciated. Everyone was very thoughtful during the onsite. They checked to make sure I had time for bathroom breaks, refreshments, and made time for me to ask questions at the end of each interview.
