Applied online, received a phone call regarding interview availability two weeks after applying. In person interview was very straightforward, it was just a friendly chat, with no difficult questions posed,
After the online application process, you receive an email with interview slots. These are held in store. The interview is short but you can be waiting a while. During the interview, you are asked about shopper experience and the qualities they want you to emulate. They also ask about any problem solving or relevant experience you might have

The interview was relaxed and professional, with good questions asked. Overall, it was a smooth experience and not too difficult to handle. Was a pretty quick process and interview too, not too tedious
