Applied via post and got a letter back for an interview which was in person (only 15-20 mins) and after i had got a letter about the outcome whether i was accepted or rejected

Very fast. Took only about 4 days from applying, to getting the call about interview, to attending the interview, to actually being hired. Introduction followed about 2 days after being hired.

What was your past experiences? Are you able to work in teams?
Straight forward ten minute interview, asked three competency questions - what is customer service, how have you worked in a team, how have you improved customer experience were amongst questions asked.
