I interviewed with Bruce today. We had a great conversation and that mostly hinged on the fact that he was prepared. Many times recruiters aren't prepared. Hoping to get to the second round!

Standard interview. seemed thorough enough. Not much insight into company. Easy to schedule and set up. no pros/ no cons in my opinion. Only had one interview, Would recommend for entry level.

Interview
Manager asked about previous history and fakes background. They test you on inventory management and jewelry selling knowledge. Take an exam to make sure you can follow rules and manage a store while serving clients.
