I received a phone call to schedule my interview a few days after I had submitted my application and resume. On the scheduled day, I was interviewed by the manager in the dining area with a few typical interview questions.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
