I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Seymour, CT) in Dec 2014
Interview
She asked us questions, showed us the back of the store, told us about some of the workers and how they didn't listen. (talked about them behind their backs) She told us about the different jobs she has there, like food making, drinks, register, baker, washer, order taker. Showed us where the stations where, told us about days off and on call days. That on call days we HAD to come in no matter what. You might have to work weekends, when you first start you work from 12-6, then later on, work weekends from 6m-12 or 1. And later on when you are there for a while, you work from 6-10
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
