I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Haledon, NJ) in Jul 2011
Interview
Interview was very straight forward. I applied through an in store resume, heard back from the manager about a week later. We had a mini interview in the store discussing how often i would work and why i wanna work there. The manager also wanted to know if i could work weekends or holidays because they would often get swamped or not have enough people on shift.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you available to work any day depending on the stores needs?
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
