I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process really wasn't that difficult. I had mentioned it was going to be my first job and they worked with my schedule. I walked in with a desire to work and the manager noticed it and gave me an application to fill out that same day.
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
