I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2018
Interview
Before the “interview” had been set up, I texted the number that was advertised in front of a Dunkin Donuts near me (that was the instruction on the advertisement). I went in early and then asked if I can see the manager for an interview. The manager didn’t even remember he scheduled an interview with me. He asked if I applied online. I told him I didn’t and then he disappeared for 20 minutes and came back with a paper application. It was then that he told me the advertisement in front was for another Dunkin’ Donuts location and asked me what days I could work. I told him I couldn’t work on a Tuesday because I class that day so I wouldn’t be able to come. He called another manager in front of me and then tells me there isn’t a position open because I couldn’t work 1 day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was no interview. They just want to see what days you want to work.
It was a laid back interview process with formal general interview questions. You can express your availability and they will let you know how they can adjust you in the schedule accordingly.
