I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dunkin' in Aug 2012
Interview
Interview was extremely casual. At my location, the manager just asked me to fill out paperwork and informed me it would be a fast paced job. Usual interview questions were asked. Although I was offered a position, the position "disappeared,", which sounded like a cop out. Apparently, my experience was very atypical.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you deal with an unsatisfied or angry customer?
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
