I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Canonsburg, PA) in Apr 2015
Interview
It wasn't nerve racking but nice and calm. The interviews wasn't intimidating but friendly and the questions weren't too open ended but simple. The process was quick and the training was hands on
It was very very easy, they basically just asked my availability and customer service experience. It was more like a conversation not an interview. They called back the same day.
Was pretty easy. they asked few questions. I answered pretty nonchalantly, and they responded pretty basically. Overall solid interview. Couldn't ask for more. Would rate ten out of ten. They asked about my experiences.
Was asked very simple questions covering things like availability, ability to handle cash, how much i expected to be paid, and the interview ended with a handshake and job offer
