I applied in-person. I interviewed at Dunkin' (Oviedo, FL) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview process was simple enough. I came in one day after seeing a help wanted sign and was told to come in another time when the managers would be there. Sure enough, I did and I got the job on the spot. I was told to come two more times over the following weeks and was officially hired two weeks later. A kind of weird and scary (to me, anyways) part of the interview was that someone was fired at the table right next to me before the managers came to interview me. This was likely something specific to this store and is something not many people will encounter, but it is worth mentioning just because of how weird it was.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
